HOW WE WORK
Our Team of trained professionals will come and do a meet and greet site/link assessment with you and draw up the installation plan to suit all your requirements. An installation date is then coordinated.
On the date of installation, our team will install a device on your premises allowing connectivity into our network. We will then tweak the link over the next couple of days to make sure that it is running at its maximum efficiency.
AGREEMENT / PAYMENTS
- Monthly payments are due in advance
- Accounts are subject to suspension if payments are not received in full
- All packages are month to month
CANCELLATION AGREEMENT
- 30 days notice upon cancellation is required.
